Sara Burroughs, RLA, Owner
Sara is a landscape architect with over 25 years of professional experience. She has been involved in the analysis, planning, and design for Parks, Recreation, Greenways, and community spaces along the east coast. Sara’s experience with park planning and greenway design projects provides her a unique perspective on how to creatively approach public and private design projects. Her experience overseeing park and greenway construction gives her the understanding of how to translate a project vision into a usable dynamic space.
Sara’s enthusiasm for the projects she works on translates to meaningful community involvement creating an environment for consensus and community supported master plans, parks, community spaces, and greenway design. She has particular interest in creating places and spaces that understand the quality and character of the community and encourage people to get outside. She practices responsible and sustainable design practices to ensure spaces are accessible to all users and celebrate the environment they are in.

Nicole Whiteside, RLA, SageDesign Consultant
Nicole landscape architect with over 15 years of design experience. Nicole has designed and managed high profile public projects with multiple project partners and public agencies. Her ability to creatively design and mange projects with unique site features and program elements has diversified her portfolio and approach to work. Nicole brings her knowledge and expertise with public park design, residential, commercial, institutional, and urban design projects worldwide to our team. She has worked with numerous local, state, and federal agencies throughout the country to create active and engaging spaces within the built environment. Her commitment to collaboration throughout the design process has driven the creation of innovative and successful projects.
